What is the benefit?

Technology and principle of operation

In SUPERTREAT oxidation cleaning, a high thermal power density is created by the forced combustion of atomic oxygen. The hydrocarbon present (dirt, oil residues, or similar) is burned and transformed into water and carbon dioxide, i.e. air.

The technology

Atmospheric plasma

Plasma is the fourth aggregate state of matter. If matter is continuously supplied with energy, a mixture is formed on the atomic or molecular level, consisting of partially charged particles.

Solid

Solid matter consists of densely packed particles. A solid retains its shape, the particles cannot move freely.

Liquid

Liquid matter consists of less tightly packed particles. It takes the shape of its container. The particles can move in a liquid, but they are packed tightly enough that the volume is maintained.

Gas

Gaseous matter consists of particles so loosely packed that it has neither a defined shape nor a defined volume. A gas can be compressed.

Plasma

The plasma we produce utilizes the potential of atmospheric nitrogen and oxygen ions, nitric oxide radicals, and free electrons for various chemical or physical processes.

SUPERTREAT produces a very highly ionized plasma.
